Job Title - IT Service Desk Analyst
Location – Hoddesdon, EN11 0DR
Salary - up to £35,000
Contract – Permanent
Working pattern - Full Time 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday
Residential Management Group, one of the UK’s largest Property Management Companies, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 1st Line IT Service Desk Support Analyst to be a point of presence and ‘friendly face of IT’ based between our Head Office in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR) and our Westminster Office in London. You will also provide an on-site service to our other teams based across the Southern region, therefore you will ideally be able to drive and have access to a vehicle with the willingness to travel regularly.

Previous IT Field Service experience would be advantageous. Although candidates who are familiar with IT Service Desk processes and keen to grow and develop in this type of role are welcome to apply.
